1. Payment Methods
Prime Organics accepts payments through the following methods: Credit/Debit Card (via secure payment gateway) Bank Transfer Cash on Delivery (where applicable) Online payment platforms as specified on our website
2. Payment Timing
All payments must be made at the time of order unless otherwise stated. For pre-order or bulk items (e.g., beef orders), a deposit is required to confirm the order, with the balance due upon delivery or completion. Orders will not be processed or dispatched until payment is received and confirmed.
3. Deposits and Final Payment Deposits are non-refundable once an order is confirmed, except in cases where Prime Organics is unable to fulfill the order. The final amount payable will depend on the actual product weight or total cost, and adjustments will be communicated prior to delivery.
4. Pricing and Currency All prices are listed in AUD (Australian Dollars) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prime Organics reserves the right to adjust pricing due to market fluctuations, supply costs, or errors, with notice provided before order confirmation.
5. Late or Failed Payments In the event of a failed transaction or delayed payment, the order may be placed on hold or cancelled. Continued non-payment may result in account suspension or refusal of future orders.
6. Refunds and Cancellations

If customers are dissatisfied with the quality of their purchase, they are required to provide clear photos of the issue and send them to us via email or text message for review.

Once the issue has been assessed and approved, all affected items must be returned to the original place of collection. Upon receipt of the returned goods, we will either issue a reimbursement or provide a replacement for the affected items.

7. Dispute Resolution Any disputes regarding payments must be raised within 7 days of the transaction date. Prime Organics will review and respond to all payment-related concerns promptly and fairly.
