Our cattle herd graze our fresh organic pastures which are managed holistically. Organic fertilizers and Bio-dynamic preparations are applied to mineralise our pastures and to enhance the soil microbial activity. Our cattle are supplement-fed only with allowable organic supplements, ensuring they receive the highest standard of nutrition while remaining true to organic principles. All of our cattle are Certified Organic under Southern Cross, Certificate No. 23040. We take pride in producing premium organic beef that is naturally raised, free from synthetic chemicals, antibiotics, or GMOs—just clean, healthy, and delicious beef. Currently the abattoir we send our animals to have not renewed their organic certification. So although the butcher is Certified Organic and the cattle are, the beef does not retain certification.
