• Our Packhouse operates 5 days a week packing our organic fruit. • To ensure the freshness of our fruit after harvest it’s stored in our Packhouse cool stores until it’s packed and delivered, by refrigerated transport, to our market agents and retailers. • The fruit is washed; machine & hand graded and packed according to our market agent & retailers orders for dispatch that day from the farm. • Our Compact computer grading system ensures all our fruit is colour graded, weighed and selected for correct size & freshness ensure we deliver quality produce. • To purchase our fruit in season, visit our on-line store or you can find our organic fruit in selected retail stores Australia wide.
