• Our cattle herd graze our fresh organic pastures which are managed holistically. (Holistic Management – Allan Savory www.savoryinstitute.com/holistic-management) • Organic fertilizers and Bio-dynamic preparations are applied to mineralise our pastures and to enhance the soil microbial activity. • Our cows are supplement fed during calving with organic hay; occasionally mixed with seasonal organic juice fruit from our Packhouse. Any additional mineral supplements they need are available to the cattle for individual selection via dry mixes. If animals require medication they are quarantined in a separate area for a period of time after treatment and not marketed as organic. • Our cattle are Certified Organic with AUS-QUAL.
